Scale the TFS Build Status Items to the space available

In the Beta 1 release, the text in the TFS build Status control is clipped when the screen is resized to a size where the column width of the display page is smaller than the size of the control.
The TFS Build Status control needs to be scaled as a whole to the available space, the number of columns to show on screen should be recalculated based on the optimum viewing size of the control (e.g. scale factor should be greater than 55%). To accomplish this, the number of columns to be used needs to be calculated based on the size of the control, available width for display and the maximum scale factor. From there the actual column width can be calculated which can then be used to scale the control.
